 Post subject: Lossing weight and gaining muscle while in a chair

I stumbled across these articles on getting in shape while in a wheelchair. I know that has always been an issue for me, especially in the beginning. I find it very hard to even want to go to a gym let alone get in good shape. Anyways, thought these might help some people out, I know they did with me
